9 Ways of Negative Thoughts - Changing Lives With A Positive Attitude

9 ways of negative thoughts - changing lives with a positive attitude

Positive thinking can make you do things better than negative thoughts.

Sounds simple? But many people don't know that we have nine natural ways of thinking negatively. These patterns of thought and behavior have been ingrained since childhood. You may have negative thoughts when you are not aware of it. The more you understand your negative thinking, the better your chances of getting better. As with any new habit, you need to come up with time and regular exercise can be transformed into a positive mode .

Why change negative thoughts? Here are two good reasons:

  1. The law of attraction. The law of the universe says that we focus on the things that expand. If you always focus on negative things, you will experience more negative things in your life. So let better ideas attract better.
  2. Happy thought is equal to the chemicals in the brain and body that make you feel good. Negative thoughts produce chemical reactions that make you feel bad. This can put you under stress and there is more risk of pain, discomfort and disease. We all want to feel good, isn't it? Therefore, applying good ideas to attract a good feeling.

Below is a list. Take it with you and recognize and stop it when you find yourself doing these things and turn into more positive thoughts. Ask yourself "Is it true?" and "What is the good side?" This process allows you to see the world with new ideas and enhance your personality development.

  1. Good and bad of extremist ideas . This is an idea of   treating things as good or bad. For example, suppose life is good, when you are in trouble, or when you are stressed, you will go from one extreme (my life is great!) to another (life is terrible!). Ask yourself if this is true. What is right now? I bet you can find many wonderful things.
  2. "All" ideology . I like to use all the words, sure, no one, everyone, any time, every thing and so on. “Qingdao has no single man!” “My kid dependably tosses the dishes into the pool!" All Qingdao men are married? Do children always do this? Will it be true? These ideas will form negative thoughts in your mind and leave no room for possibilities and enrichment of the mind. Therefore, challenge the “always” idea and turn it into a more positive idea.
  3. Focus on the negative . When you encounter something, you only have a bad side. Finding a negative means that you are most likely to find it. What is the positive result of a different way of thinking and what are the positive aspects?
  4. Fortune-telling . Predict the most likely bad outcome. This is also called "for the worst worry" or "disaster prediction." You will lose your mind because of your fears. Remember, if you focus on negative, you will bring negatives into reality. Don't use fortune tellers to decide your own destiny. See things from different angles and focus on better ideas.
  5. Mind reading . Think that you know what other people are thinking, even the ideas they don't tell you. "He may not want to be with me." "The boss thinks I am a fool." Your mind reading is negative most of the time. But why not tell yourself, "The boss thinks I deserve respect!" or "I am very happy to find a partner who loves me." Isn't that better?
  6. Thinking seat of your pants . You are completely convinced of your negative feelings and never doubt. Feeling worthless? I feel unsafe? Many times, we have these negative feelings and don't question what they are trying to convey to us. Are these feelings real? Is there evidence? Challenge your negative thoughts and emotions and refuse to believe that they are valuable.
  7. Guilt remorse . You should use, must or may wait for the vocabulary. Use guilt and remorse vocabulary to beat yourself with "If you do this." These words lead to a decline in self-confidence and should be replaced.
  8. Labeling . Label yourself or someone with a negative label. When you tag someone, the tag will be launched back to yourself. "Oh, my God, people are disgusting!" When you say that people hate, the subconscious also says that they are disgusting. This is another way to beat yourself.
  9. Accused . Blame others for bringing you trouble. Remember, you are 100% responsible for your own life. Everything you create directly reflects your thoughts. When you find yourself playing the accusation game, you should stop and take power to be responsible for your own life.

How many negative thoughts do you have? When you happen, don't criticize yourself or compare with others. You should gently stop yourself, focus on improving your thoughts and mentality, and gradually change yourself to be positive.
